Picture Problem
So our teacher has been out, understandable, i have been sick lately too. But because she is out we can not take out our cameras. Now normally this wouldn't be a problem but my sister took my camera i would normally use to New york with her, and every time i take pictures on my iPhone they come out blurry when i upload them . I have gotten very frustrated with this and have decided to call it the picture problem.

Composition Challenge
Yesterday, and leading into today, my class did the composition challenge. We took the 5 elements of composition and took a picture for each. The elements are;
leading lines, frames, rule of thirds, fill the frame, and patterns.here are my results. (please note that this post did not publish so these were not taking yesterday, they were taken last week.)
Big Project
In our big project, everyone in the class has picked their favorite artist. From there on we have to make a slide show. 10 pictures from the artist, and 10 pictures of your own in the artists style. The objective of the project is to be an expert on the artist. Through the facts and pictures, you sow should that you thoroughly know and understand the artists life and more importantly, their photography. In the end, we will all present our projects to our fellow classmates, so we can all know something new about each fascinating artist.

Natural Light Pre Assignment
Our next assignment is the Natural Light Portrait assignment. For this we have to place someone in natural light (near a window) and take a portrait of them. If the light is too bright or too dark, you may have to place a white bed sheet or even just a white piece of paper to reflect the light onto or off of their face. This assignment sounds much more easy than the last but i have realized its all about technique.
Near And Far Post Assignment
I just finished my near and far assignment and im not going to lie, I had a lot more trouble with this assignment than any other. Im not sure why, maybe it's because i've been so busy, or maybe i just diddnt understand the camera settings well enough. You had to get a foreground,middleground,backround, and then have them all in focus. The only way you can do this is by focusing the camera on the middle ground. I had some fun with this project and a lot of difficulties. Here aremy favorites.
