Shutter Speed Priority Pre Assignment

Shutter Speed is the length of time a camera's shutter is open when taking a photograph. In our Shutter Speed Priority assignment, we use shutter speed to take pictures of moving people. All of my pictures are mostly of friends jumping off stuff and running, but there's many other ways you can do it.For this assignment i was mostly outside so i set the white balance of my Cannon at daylight, for my ISO I mostly set it as 400, but on cloudy days I would move it up. To take good motion pictures I set my camera for continuous shot, so that way i could get a shot by shot album, in which i could find the point in the jump (or run) i liked the most. As i continued on with this assignment through out the week i realized the pictures came out better when you captured them with an angle of looking up from the ground, so i spent allot of time on the ground, resulting in grass stains, so make sure you wear cloths you don't care about while shooting. Also, be aware of your surroundings before you jump, because my friends and I found a few of the jumps to be very painful and an experience we wouldn't establish again.
